An updated solicitation is attached below. Vendors interested in conducting site visits shall email Shereen.Demarais@ice.dhs.gov and Brittany.Tobias@ice.dhs.gov no later than 1000 CST on Monday, August 7, 2023. Summary Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), a component of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the Department of Homeland Security, upholds America's immigration laws at, within and beyond our borders through efficient enforcement and removal operations. ERO manages all logistical aspects of the removal process and repatriate non-citizens ordered removed from the United States to more than 170 countries around the world. Surveillance over local, national, and international affairs via television programming provides information on current and ongoing issues that could affect removal and repatriation processes. Scope of Work This SOW covers TV Satellite Service and deliverables for three (3) El Paso Field Office locations. Performance begins September 01, 2023, for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years, unless terminated by the Government or contractor by written notice at least 30 days, but not more than six (6) months prior to the expiration of the original term or the current renewal term. Any term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the contract in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this scope of work and the term of this contract, the terms of this scope of work shall govern and prevail.
