This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The amended (Amendment 1) solicitation number is 192122VPIG514003 (Amendment 1) and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This announcement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 22-06. (iv) The amended (Amendment 1) solicitation (192122VPIG514003) is not set-aside for any small business and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 812930, Parking Lots and Garages and small business size standard in millions of dollars is $41.5. (v) The list of contract line-item numbers (CLINS) and items, quantities, and units of measure including option is listed below: CLINS, Items, Quantities and Units of Measure 0001, Parking in Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in accordance with the amended (Amedment 1) scope of work (SOW) (A, 12 Months, Base Period: September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023. 1001, Parking in Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in accordance with the amended (Amedment 1), 12 Months, Option 1: September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024. 2001, Parking in Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in accordance with the amended (Amedment 1), 12 Months, Option 2: September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. 3001, Parking in Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in accordance with the amended (Amedment 1), 12 Months, Option 3: September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, 4001, Parking in Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in accordance with the amended (Amedment 1), 12 Months, Option 4: September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Philadelphia has a requirement for two (2) parking spaces in Philadelphia, PA 15219 meeting the requirements in the scope of work. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: The dates the two parking spaces are needed is anticipated to begin September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2027, or one-year after the date of award with four (4) anticipated options. The place of delivery is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219 and the acceptance period is 60 days. The free-on-board (FOB) point is destination.
