Description: US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) seeks information about courier services ICE ERO Las Vegas Field Office in Nevada. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources relative and ensure that the government meets its needs in the most effective and timely manner. This is a Request for Information (RFI) Only. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.215-3, this RFI is solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute as a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the Government to any acquisition approach. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The Government will not reimburse interested sources for any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. No award will be made from the RFI. At its discretion, the Government may conduct additional exchanges with industry in accordance with FAR 15.201. Available service providers are requested to respond to this RFI with a capabilities statement describing their approach for the courier services ICE ERO Las Vegas Field Office in Nevada. Description of Need: ICE ERO Las Vegas Field Office, requires courier service to transport files and/or documents to and from the Las Vegas Field Office, and the Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS) Office. The contractor shall retrieve locked containers load and transport Pickup will typically consist of up to 4 locked bins weighing up to 75 pounds each. The government will provide the locked bins. The contractor shall perform the courier services Monday through Friday, with exception of Federal Holidays or when the Federal buildings are closed for other reasons beyond the control of ICE ERO. Schedule: Pick up at ICE ERO, 501 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV 89101 (office) (by 9:00am) Deliver/pick up at USCIS, 5650 W. Badura Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89118 (before 2:00pm) Deliver/drop off at ICE ERO, 501 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV 89101 (office) (by 2:20pm) Responses and Submissions: Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The capability statement should be formatted using Microsoft Office and be not more than five pages, with a 12-pt font size or larger. Interested parties shall include the company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address in the packet. Interested parties shall identify that the company will be able to provide courier services in Las Vegas, NV, when submitting the capability statement. Interested parties shall also address the following questions within their capability statements: The business size in accordance with NAICS (Small or Large) Any GSA Contract under MAS Schedule 492210SB Local Courier Delivery Services (SBSA) if applicable, please provide the details. Registration status in System for Award Management (SAM) and Unique Entity Identity.
