Combined Synopsis / Solicitation (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 192121FPA00001001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (FRQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. (iv) This acquisition will be a total small business set aside under NAICS 339920. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. (v) It is anticipated that this effort will be composed of a base period for the procurement of the gym equipment and the associated installation. Offer’s shall provide a quote for each piece of required gym equipment and the total installation cost. (vi) The ICE Philadelphia, PA office and the Dover, DE office require additional gym equipment to complete the gyms at those locations. The purpose of this effort is to procure the required gym equipment and installation for the field offices. The full scope of work can be found within Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. (vii) Delivery and installation shall be no later than 90 days after receipt of the order. Delivery and installation are required at the following locations: Philadelphia office: 114 N 8th St Philadelphia, PA 19107 Dover office: 210 Beiser Blvd Dover, DE 19904 (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (OCT 2014) applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror who provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Offerors must meet all evaluation criteria to be considered technically acceptable. (x) Offerors are advised that a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be included with the offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiii) Attachment 2 (Clauses) contains the clauses applicable to this effort. (xiv) All offers are due by 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time on 21 July 2021 to be evaluated. Any offer that is submitted after this date will not be included in the evaluation and will not be eligible for award.
