This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Subparts 12 and 13.5 on an unrestricted basis for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Purchase Card (PCARD) automated system as described in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A21.
