The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Integrated Security Technologies (IST) for an upgrade of the existing system to a new hybrid DVR and security system and installation. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the experience with and knowledge of the existing security system and wire configuration. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation.
