The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Hawaiian Telcom in Honolulu, HI for the extension of dedicated Internet access (DIA) services. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source and existing building infrastructure. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation.
