The purpose of this effort is to bring two (2) trailers (one administrative trailer and one dental trailer) to full operational functionality, with integrity of the structure and surrounding area within normal commercial guidelines; movement within the trailer is safe and efficient for healthcare personnel and patients; sanitary conditions are paramount and not compromised. This trailer adds much needed healthcare space capacity to the clinic located within the hardened facility. The contractor shall complete repairs and renovations on the two medical trailers (referred to as 1) dental trailer and 2) administrative trailer located at T. Don Hutto Residential Center in Taylor, TX. UPDATE 05/26: The walkthrough time period has been extended for another week, to include any time in between May 26th - June 2nd. The Question due date has been extended to June 5th, 2020 and the Quote due date has been extended to June 22, 2020. Please see attachment Solicitation_AMD1_TDON.02 for any additional details. UPDATE 06/09: Attached are vendor questions and answers by the Government. UPDATE 05/26: The walkthrough time period has been extended to include any time in between June 15th- June 19th. The Question due date has been extended to June 22nd and the Quote due date has been extended to June 26, 2020. UPDATE 06/18: The walkthrough time period has been extended to include any time in between June 15th- June 26th. The Question due date has been extended to June 29nd and the Quote due date has been extended to July 3rd, 2020. UPDATE 07/01: Additional Questions and Answers are now posted. An updated SOW is also posted to reflect the changes as a result of Questions received. The Quote due date has been extended to July 6th to account for the federal holiday.
