Attachment 1- RFQ Attachment 2- J&A (SSJ)- Brand Name (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All quotes shall be submitted to Michelle Levine, at michelle.levine@ice.dhs.gov no later than 1:00pm ET, Monday, August 5, 2019. (ii) This solicitation number, 192119VSD0000027, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. All small businesses are eligible to submit a quote. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The Government is requesting quotes for the Brand Name Item "RiskIQ PassiveTotal" as detailed in the below CLINs. (iii) This solicitation document (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03. (iv) This acquisition is issued under NAICS code 518210 - Computer Systems Design Services. The size standard is $32,500,000.00. To be considered for award quotes must be submitted with prices provided for all contract line item number (CLINS), including the Option Periods. Also, contractors must have an active DUNS. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 60 months.
