This contract is for the National Emergency Management Information System (NEMIS) Emergency Support (ES) module and its replacement with the web-based Disaster Financial Support Capability (DFSC) application. The service will cover application development and sustainment support to include the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The service will support all go live activities for delivering DFSC to the FEMA Production environment as well as post go-live support and NEMIS-ES activities. The services will also support changes needed in the DFSC for the Service-Oriented-Architecture Financial System (SFS) adoption. SFS is the modern, scalable financial data conduit through which DFSC will communicate with FEMA’s official financial system of record, the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS). This action is required for contract support services for the contractor to include but not limited to NEMIS-ES and DFSC Change request and defect fixes, end users, remedy tickets, version upgrades, troubleshooting, Tier III Help Desk etc.
