During the initial solicitation, none of the interested offerors were able to meet the required delivery timeline. In order to promote fair competition and to ensure successful contract performance, the required delivery date has been extended to 15 November, 2025. Interested offerors are permitted to resubmit their proposals in response to the revised requirement. Accordingly, the solicitation closing date and time has been extended to 25 September, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. All offerors are advised to review the revised SOW and submit proposals based on the updated requirements.
