CBP intends to procure modular and easily scalable solutions in support of its international mail processing modernization efforts at the IMF located at the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in Jamaica, NY. The solutions for this location will allow for the batch loading, sorting, singulation, and processing of international mail. The envisioned system will use sensors to identify parcels and communicate with Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) imaging equipment to support routing for CBP inspections for each mailing.
