This is a total small business set-aside that will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded on an all-or-none basis using simplified acquisition procedures and best-value evaluation considering specification, price, past performance, and quality. Delivery is FOB destination to USCGC THETIS, 100 Trumbo Road, Key West, FL 33040. All items shall be delivered within 60 to 120 days from award, with earlier delivery acceptable and a final required delivery no later than 31 Dec 2026.
