The vendor must provide and place 600 feet of boom around the ship for the duration of the transfer, as well as a hose long enough to reach the ship's fill port. Delivery can occur in October, pending the ship's return to Pier 46F, located at USCG Base Seattle, 1519 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA 98134. The driver must possess a Real ID for base access, and a safety observer will be onsite with continuous receiving-tank level monitoring. Award will be determined by lowest price technically acceptable, with a receipt showing total amount and price breakdown required.
