USCGC Polar Star is requesting the transportation and delivery of 13,500 gallons of Shell Gadinia 40W Lube Oil to Mare Island Dry Dock in Vallejo, CA. 1180 Nimitz Ave. Vallejo, CA 94592 Delivery would be made via truck utilizing a 50-100 Foot 2 Inch camlock hose. An Over The Water Certificate will be made available upon vendor determination. Determiniation will be made via LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable).
