USCGC Polar Star is soliciting for 2,000 gallons of the following hydraulic oil: ISO viscosity grade 32, meeting ASTM 4304 Rev A Type III, with the additional requirement of Demulsibility, @ 54 °C, time to 3ml emulsion, per ASTM D1401, 10 minutes or less Hydraulic oil to be onloaded via a truck using a 100 foot long 2 inch camlock fitting. Delivery of hydraulic oil is to Mare Island Dry Dock in Vallejo, CA.
