We will review all quotes that are submitted and make our choice based on lowest bid price. Once we determine the lowest bid, we will reach out to the awarded vendor via email and to all vendors that submitted quotes with the final decision. This solicitation is time sensitive, so please submit an accurate quote with your final offer. Contract specialist will not attempt to negotiate for a better price or lead time and will evaluate all quotes at face value. Vendor must be registered and active in SAM.gov. We request that interested vendors provide 2 separte quotes; 1 for Net 30, purchase order, payment terms and 1 for credit card payment terms. This product is to be delivered to 1001 S. See below for specifications: Unit to be designed for exterior use and constructed of minimum 2” x 2" x .083” structural steel tube frames with R-10 insulated, 16ga galvanized steel interior and exterior walls, with an additional layer of continuous exterior R-9.6 insulation encapsulated in the final exterior layer of 16ga. galvanized steel panels. Overall rating for the wall insulation is R-19.6. Roof to be insulated to R-19 and constructed of internal steel framing with 16ga. galvanized steel decking welded to the framing and then coated with a three part membrane with a solar reflective index of 95 or greater. Roof will have a 10” fascia and 6” overhang on all sides. Roof to drain to rear downspouts. 12ga. Galvanized steel plate floor covered with black polyvinyl chloride commercial black resilient textured 20” x 20” inter locking tiles and 4" high black base cove, floor system is welded to a 3" galvanized steel tube frame and joists. One commercial steel framed sliding door top hung by a minimum of eight 2 1\4” rigid steel ball bearing rollers with a lower stainless steel guide, stainless steel handles welded to the frame and mortise lock.
