This procurement is for services to inspect a Spira-cone Antenna System, diagnose High – Low Function failure, repair the High – Low mode switch failure, if possible, and perform a 2 to 30 MHz VSWR sweep along with a DTF sweep (High and Low modes if able) and document results on antenna/transmission line.
