This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 11708PR250000308. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes is 562112. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. (2) Offload must be completed by vacuum truck with pumping assist from USCGC MIDGETT installed system. (3) Contractor must provide hose compatible with female and male 2-inch Camlock hose fitting. (4) Contractor must provide on-site spill kit. (5) Over the water transfer certifications for Honolulu, HI area is required to be secured by the contractor. (6) Contractor to provide receipt/ manifest of delivery. (7) Contractor shall complete all services in accordance with all Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
