The USCGC MUNRO requires 2,000 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15W-40 (no substitutes) for delivery during the week of May 18, 2026. Performance will take place at Coast Guard Island, berth 1 on a concrete pier, with bulk delivery preferred after 8:00 a.m. and before sundown. The vendor must provide at least 150 feet of hose for transfer from the pier to the cutter, along with a connection to the cutter’s 2-inch cam lock fitting. The vendor must also hold proper permits for transferring oil over water. Selection will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
