Performance will take place at 1 Eagle Road, BLDG 42, Alameda, CA 94501. The period of performance is agreed upon between May 18, 2026, and May 22, 2025. This is a total small business set-aside, and the contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price using simplified acquisition procedures. Award will be based on best value to the government, considering specification, price, past performance, and quality.
