This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024. The solicitation number is 11703PR24Q0000517. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 424720 Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchants and Wholesalers, Size standard is employees 500. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this competitive solicitation on the basis of price, delivery date, and requirement compliance.
