This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024. The solicitation number is 1170324Q0634. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Product and Service Code (PSC): 2090 Miscellaneous Ship and Marine Equipment. This requirement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this competitive solicitation on the basis of price, technical compliance, and past performance.
