Mobilize personnel and equipment to the site. Coordinate with the designated USCG representative for safety and pre-operational coordination. Set up transfer equipment for over the water services. Deliver 2,500 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15w40 in bulk (to be pumped onboard via truck) Deliver 4,300 gallons of Exxon Nuto H100 in bulk (to be pumped onboard via truck) Provide DOT shipping documents to an authorized representative of the Generator for signature and approval.
