Paint Float - Total Height 19'10"; Total Width 16'; Total Length 20' Aluminum Heavy Duty Paint Float 8'x 20' floating dock section with 8" 6005-T5 aluminum ribbed C channel with cross members on 16" centers, double gusset on all corners. Custom encapsulated floatation (.150" wall thickness) - (4) 5' x 8' x 12" floats per section, 15" installed freeboard. PVC Decking Large Cleat with stainless steel hardware Heavy Duty 4" Bump Strip surrounding 16' x 20' Paint Float Aluminum Scaffolding System Two tier heavy duty aluminum scaffolding system with three back side double railings totaling 60'. Scaffolding system to include build in ladders for access of top levels PVC Decking featuring Decking on both levels to match float decking. Rubber Bump Strip to be installed around all edges on each level. Harness Rod located on the top tier. This is to be a floating paint float dock platform that will always be in the SALT water and open to all elements. All material used shall be corrosive resistant; i.e. stainless steel, treated aluminum, etc. Structure shall be made of sturdy materials able to withstand several hundred pounds of additional weight. For ease of shipment and transportation, the contractor has the option to fabricate the Three Tier Paint Float in two or three separate pieces and re-assemble at the delivery destination. Provide the estimated freight cost.
