Coast Guard Station Key West, Florida. Work shall include, but not limited to lead and asbestos testing, demolition of two 30-ton water cooled chillers, replacement of two new heat recovery water chillers, two stainless steel double wall plate and frame heat exchangers for potable water, new piping diagram system, and provide/relocate existing electrical services to new equipment. The performance period is two hundred forty two (242) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated award date is March 2023. This solicitation is set-aside for total Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2022 code is 238220, with a size standard of $19 million.
