Loop 288, the Federal Regional Center, and Vehicle Storage Administration Building 1. The BPA would cover recurring, planned, urgent, and optional emergency asbestos abatement, including site assessment, work plans, containment, negative air filtration, HEPA vacuuming, decontamination, removal, waste disposal, regulatory documentation, final cleaning, and coordination in occupied or partially occupied facilities. The anticipated BPA term is a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods.
