Loop 288) to replace roofing/HVAC, install a flat plate heat exchanger, and rebuild approximately 25 fan-powered HVAC boxes in Vehicle Storage Administration Building 1. The work includes high-efficiency motors and controls, Metasys building automation integration, demolition, disposal, testing, balancing, inspections, and cleanup. The requirement is set aside for SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Businesses, and the contractor must demonstrate capability to perform within 150 miles of Denton, Texas. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the facility.
