FEMA Region 6 is conducting market research for a contemplated asbestos abatement Blanket Purchase Agreement at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas. Interested firms must register by 10:00 a.m. CT on September 1, 2026, to attend the pre-award site visit scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CT on September 2, 2026, at the facility. The BPA may support routine, planned, urgent, and emergency asbestos abatement, including removal, containment, filtration, decontamination, waste handling, and disposal. Attendance is required for firms wishing to participate in the site-visit portion of the market research, but does not guarantee award or future solicitation participation. The visit will cover site-specific conditions such as access constraints, safety considerations, and response-time logistics.
