Project Title: IT Workstation Renovation Project Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified Contractors who can remodel the Comm Center and in the Server Room in the Federal Regional Center (FRC). Site Visit Information: A site visit will be held for market research purposes at the Federal Regional Center, which is located at 800 North Loop Denton, Texas, 76209, with a start time of 10:00 AM CST on April 30, 2025, so that contractors are able to assess the workspace in-person. The contractors will gather in the Native Nations Room within the Federal Regional Center at 10:00 AM CST on April 30, 2025, so that they can be escorted to the workspace at 10:15 AM CST. All representatives form industry who are interested in participating in the site visit opportunity are required to submit a completed facilities access form no later than 2:00 PM CST on April 28, 2025. Please bring a tangible copy of your firms business card (if you have one) to the site visit.
