Previously, one proposal was due for both, but now, contractors may submit a proposal for Bothell and/or for Denton. Please do not submit a proposal that includes both locations. Separate out the proposals by location. Proposals will be assessed per location. Contractors no longer have to bid on both. Updated RFPs are attached to this solicitation and now specify one location, either Denton or Bothell. Proposals are due by noon on 02 September 2021. *Update 4 (8/24/2021): This solicitation is being extended and the new proposal due date is 09/02/2021. A picture file pertaining to this additional information has also been posted to this solicitation. *Update 2: Questions and Answers as they pertain to this requirement are now attached to this solicitation. The document title is "Questions and Answers for Bothell and Denton Antenna Installations-sam.gov." *Update 1: This solicitation is updated to include wage determinations for heavy type construction in Bothell, WA and Denton, TX. These are being included as applicable depending on the work proposed to complete this requirement. The service contract act wage determinations for these locations were attached with the initial solicitation. This requirement is for the installation of two TCI 613-3 Broadband Dipole antennas in Bothell, WA and Denton, TX. This work also includes installation of transmission lines and conduit in Bothell and Denton, antenna feedline replacement/termination to the Antenna Matrix in Bothell, restoration to trenches and disturbed areas in Bothell and Denton, and testing in Bothell and Denton. TCI documentation is available for review at the Mount Weather program office. Please review the attached Request for Proposal for further information on period of performance and evaluation criteria.
