The scope of this project is to repair/replace the main service disconnect breaker to avoid a life/safety issue. The Main Service Breaker feeding this facility, it seems to have a bad or dirty contact... The scope of this project is to repair/replace the main service disconnect breaker to avoid a life/safety issue. The Main Service Breaker feeding this facility, it seems to have a bad or dirty contactor motor which is preventing it to transfer back upon restore power. The contractor will be asked to troubleshoot the system to verify whether this can be repaired or needs to be replaced. This will include removal and disposition of old unit or parts and all associated cleanup. The Contractor shall provide all labor (Davis/ Bacon rates), materials, tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to complete this work.
