The Contractor shall provide preventative and remedial maintenance services on all of the overhead garage doors listed in Paragraph 4.0 statement of work. These doors are located at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC). These maintenance services shall be performed in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) maintenance specifications and schedules, and as described in this Statement of Work.
