SOURCES SOUGHT BACKGROUND: The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) Radiology Department has a need for Annual Software Support and Licensing from iCAD system compatible with the current 3D Senographe Pristina Mammography Imaging System. PURPOSE/STATEMENT OF WORK: The contractor shall be in accordance with all Federal, State, Local, Tribal and IHS regulations and shall be made with minimal divergence from the schedule established and with minimum disturbance and maximum protection of government personnel, property and general public. The contractor shall provide Part Number: MC3 –PROHW-2, PRO+ 2GPU Platform Annual Support and Part Number: MC#-2D/2D Detection License Annual Support. iCAD shall provide a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, license to use the product solely at the designated site. The license is for specific and limited use by medical personnel to aid in the interpretation of the mammography images not for diagnostic purpose. SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: (Brand Name) The 3D Senographe Pristina iCAD Software Support and Licensing Contract shall be provided by a single manufacturer and obtained through the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as the single source. The Manufacturer shall be a firm experienced in servicing and maintaining the 3D Pristina Mammography Imaging System. All equipment and components shall be the Manufacturer's most recently released model. All equipment and components shall be serviced in strict compliance with the Manufacturer's recommendations. The Manufacturer’s representative shall provide equipment and components, which comply with the requirements of these specifications. The 3D Mammography X-Ray Systems, inclusive of electrical components, infrastructure components, devices and accessories, shall comply in all respects and shall be labeled in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, manufacturer's recommendations and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) 1069 – Standard for Hospital X-Ray Equipment. All components used must be RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. EXECUTION / INSTALLATION: Contractor shall schedule Preventive Maintenance, Image testing with Santa Fe Imaging Staff. Replacement parts and supplies will be shipped by iCAD. iCAD will have access to the machine, service, attachments, features or any other service necessary covered under the contract. All DICOM Network Configurations and Operating Systems will be in accordance with Indian Health Service and Office of Information Technology requirements. All X-Ray DICOM will be compatible with ALB Picture Archiving Communication System on a secure VLAN. SUPPORT: Unlimited Telephone Technical Support from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Remote internet support to access iCAD. On-site labor during standard business hours, 8 AM – 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time (excluding Holidays). Software Updates and Upgrade as deemed necessary by iCAD in its sole discretion. Replacement Parts. iCAD pays for shipping replacement parts to customers. HOW TO RESPOND: This is a sources sought notice under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is attempting to locate qualified and eligible Small Business Indian Firms, “Native American Indian Owned and Operated businesses,” that can provide services/supplies to the Indian Health Service. This is a request for information only, this is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
