Reference Number: WSSU-2156 Seeking Information Only The Indian Health Service (IHS), Warm Springs Service Unit is seeking information on best commercial practices for Teleradiology Services. Pursuant to the authority under The Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, this requirement is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. If none, the requirement is open ONLY to Small Business set-aside. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or signify an RFQ will ultimately be issued. This request for information does not commit the Government to a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, Warm Springs IHS is not at this time seeking quotes. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offers’ to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This is a RFI only to identify sources that can provide a Teleradiology Services for Warm Springs IHS, 1270 Kot-Num Road, Warm Springs, Oregon 97761. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The Contractor will be expected to provide Teleradiology Services which consist of the below items/reads for Warm Springs Indian Health Service, 1270 Kot-Num Road, Warm Springs, OR 97761. Ultrasound Films (US) Emergent Flat Films Non-Emergent Flat Films The services will be expected to be operational from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday daily. There will be no requirement to perform services on Federal Holidays. The Teleradiology Service will be expected to complete these services at a location designated by the Government for the duration of the contract performance periods. These services will cover all upgrades, technical calls, hardware, and software, as needed. A delivery order or purchase order must be approved and fully operational at time of award by the Government. The Government anticipates that a solicitation, if issued, would consist of a one year contract. The Government is requesting information that addresses the following: 1) How is this service typically priced (monthly, hourly, each)? 2) Suggested contracting strategy that conforms to best commercial practices. 3) In order to aid in a possible determination to set-aside the requirement under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19, the Government requests that respondents indicate their business name, point of contact, business type (large business, small business, service disabled small business, etc.) in their response. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 621512 (Diagnostics Imaging Centers size standard of $15.0 million). Respondees are cautioned, however, that this is a general description only. Additional standards and conditions may apply. Responses in Microsoft Word for Office 2010 compatible format are due no later than 15 July 2021, 12:00 PST.
