This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice per FAR 5.204 ***This is not a solicitation*** The purpose of this notice is to infrom industry of forthcoming Solicitiation IHS1484606 that willl be issued by or before December 1, 2023. The solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Buy Indian set-aside for a contractor to provide construction services to repair the roof at the Pinon Health Center Facility. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to mee the Government's need, past performance, experience, qualifications, and warranty. Delivery: 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed. Location of work: Pinon Health Center, 2175 State Road 4, Pinon AZ 86510 Background: The constuction services needed is at Pinon Health Center. The services needed is to repair the EPDM membrane detachment from the main roofing structure leading to exterior roof damages. Duties and Responsiblities: Refer to attached Scope of Work for detail. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) propective contractors must have and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c)) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at sam.gov to participate in forthcoming solicitation. DO NOT submit proposals, quotes, offers, etc. The Government is not accepting questions regarding this notice.
