The solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Buy Indian set-aside for a contractor to provide construction services to separate dental rooms for closed dental operatories and modify air flow to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 between patients and staff at Chinle Dental, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the Governemnt's need, past performance, experience, qualifications, warranty. Delivery: 90 days after recepit of Notice to Proceed. Location of work: The Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Off Highway 191 & Hospital Drive, Chinle Arizona, 86503 Background: The construction services needed is at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility Dental Department. The services needed is to separate dental rooms for closed dental operatories and modify air flow to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Department has been searching for a vendor to provide the needed services and no vendor would not look into this job. Description of the work to be performed: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility needs a contractor to provide construction services to separate dental rooms for closed dental operatories and modify air flow to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 between patients and staff at Chinle Dental Duties and Responsibilities: Refer to attached Scope of Work for detail. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c)) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov to participate in forthcoming solicitation. DO NOT submit proposals, quotes, offers, etc. The Government is not accepting questions regarding this notice.
