Description This synopsis/solicitation is a request for proposals for a Non-Personal Service Contract for a contractor to provide eight (8) hours of Women’s Health services per week at the Wellpinit Service Unit (WESU), David C. Wyncoop Memorial Clinic located in Wellpinit, WA. Service shall be performed in accordance with the State of Work (SOW). The purpose of the work is to improve the overall health care status of the Native American population served. Most contacts are with patients receiving care and other health care providers at the facility level. The primary purpose of contacts is to provide direct patient care. (ii) The solicitation number WESU-22-024 is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. (iv) This requirement is being issued in accordance with 25 USC 47, Buy Indian Act, with preference to be given to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Other small businesses are encouraged to submit an offeror as they will be an opportunity. The associated NAICS code is 6213299 and small business size standard is $7.0 Million.
