This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice per FAR 5.204. ** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ** The purpose of this notice is to inform industry of forthcoming Solicitation IHS1455268 that will be issued by or before August 12, 2022. The Solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Buy Indian set-aside for a contractor to provide and install a Flywheel/UPS to support the Fluoroscope medical equipment located in the Radiology Department, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the Government’s need, past performance, experience, qualifications, warranty. Delivery: 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Location of Work: The Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Off Highway 191 & Hospital Drive, Chinle Arizona, 86503 Background: Chinle Electrical room has countless surges on Normal power from the Utility Company (NTUA) which cause the Generators to turn on a few times a week. Surges have caused the Facility IRM 50KVA UPS to fail a switchover, Our Veeder rooter which controls gas to Generators to go into alarm, Fire Alarm Devices to burn out, boiler room control of the Metasys system to be reprogrammed. Description of the work to be performed: The Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle Hospital needs an upgrade in the electrical infrastructure for the radiology department. The most critical area is the x-ray machine. The radiology department has a dedicated power source coming into the Radiology department; however, the power is unstable and has daily power fluctuations, shutting down power to room one Flouro Unit. 150kW flywheel to be installed and supplied by vendor. Scope: The purpose of this requirement is for the provision of Revenue Cycle Management Services in assisting the Navajo Area IHS facilities in updating the current RPMS PCC Suite, PCPCS/CPT/CDT coding and Chargemaster maintenance to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines in ambulatory and inpatient services. Duties and Responsibilities: Refer to attached Scope of Work for detail. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c)) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov to participate in forthcoming solicitation.
