HHS TV Studio intends to procure a turn-key contract that will provide an upgrade of the studio, control room and ancillary spaces from a 1080i, HD/SDI workflow to a full UHD 4K compliant SMPTE ST 2110 IP workflow. The studio was last upgraded in 2012 from a standard definition studio to high definition. The existing studio equipment is end-of-life and needs to be replaced. The existing standards-based video over IP solution is the Society of Motion Pictures and Engineers (SMPTE) ST2110.
