The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, Albuquerque Area Office is soliciting quotations for comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. The contract will be firm-fixed-price, with a period of performance of one base year, four one-year options, and a possible six-month extension. Services will be performed at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center in Santa Fe, NM, and the San Felipe Health Clinic in San Felipe Pueblo, NM. This acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), and award will be based on technical acceptability, past performance, and lowest evaluated price. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, pesticides, and other resources required by the Statement of Work.
