This pre-solicitation synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) intends to competitively procure comprehensive pharmacy services to the WTC Health Program for filling prescriptions at retail and mail-order pharmacies, with controls on formularies, members, and prescribers. A five-year contingency fee contract with some Firm-Fixed Price tasks is anticipated. Award will be made using a Best-Value Trade-Off approach. The Government will release the solicitation, including any subsequent amendments, on the beta.SAM.gov website. The government anticipates the solicitation will be available approximately 15 days from the date of this notice, with an anticipated closing date/proposal due date of 30 days from the date of release of the solicitation. No telephone or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Amendments to the solicitation, if issued, will be posted to the same website. After solicitation release, vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all of the amendments. Please see draft SOW for more information. Any questions will need to be submitted by email to Eric Lyons, kpy2@cdc.gov. Questions will not be accepted by phone.
