The period of performance is a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) twelve-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 517410 with a small business size standard of $44.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00049 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by February 20, 2026. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government requirement and price. Quotes will be due on or by March 9, 2026. The acquisition is a small business set-aside. In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
