The contract would average 8–15 virtual, blended, or in-person trainings with exam sessions supporting 25–30 operators each year. Performance would primarily occur at rural locations across the Continental United States and Alaska, with virtual platforms used when requested, and would also require operating a 508-compliant public website for trainings, applications, and resources.
