Sources Sought for Operator Certification Exam Preparation Training
The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting market research, not a solicitation, to see if an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside or total small business set-aside can provide tribal operator certification exam preparation training services from an EPA-recognized certification body. The services would support issuance and maintenance of water, wastewater, and utility management certifications, with an estimated 100–200 applications annually. The contract would average 8–15 virtual, blended, or in-person trainings with exam sessions supporting 25–30 operators each year. Performance would primarily occur at rural locations across the Continental United States and Alaska, with virtual platforms used when requested, and would also require operating a 508-compliant public website for trainings, applications, and resources.
