NNMC - HPDP Wellness Program Coordination Services
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking capable contractors, with priority for Indian-owned economic enterprises, to provide wellness program coordination and health promotion services for the Shiprock Service Unit in New Mexico. Services include access to exercise and aquatic facilities for referred patients, community health promotion events, mental health wellness support, culturally appropriate nutrition and cooking education, and training for concussion management and crisis prevention. All services must be performed at contractor-secured facilities within 25 miles of the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico. The contemplated contract is a firm-fixed-price agreement with a base year and three one-year option periods, totaling four years. Responses to this sources sought notice are voluntary and will inform acquisition strategy; no solicitation has been issued.
