NNMC: Sources Sought – Biking Workshops

Notice ID:SSN-NAO-27-0001

The Indian Health Service Navajo Area Office seeks capable Indian-owned economic enterprises (IEE/ISBEE) and other interested firms to provide bike programming, skills, and safety workshops for staff of youth-serving organizations, community bike group rides, and follow-up learning sessions in seven communities on the Navajo Nation. The effort will train participants to plan, deliver, and evaluate bike programs for youth ages 5–18, manage group rides, and perform general bike maintenance and repair. This is a sources-sought/market-research notice, not a solicitation, and will inform acquisition strategy with Buy Indian Act opportunities considered first, followed by Small Business Act set-asides. The assigned NAICS code is 611620 (Sports and Recreation Instruction) with a $9.0 million small business size standard. Interested parties must be SAM.gov registered and provide a company profile, capability statement, relevant past performance, and—for IEE/ISBEEs—a completed IHS IEE Representation Form.
