The project defined within this Scope of Work is the remodel of a portion of the second floor of the hospital. This will include an infill of the atrium area and skylight to give an additional 1,100 square feet to the second floor of the hospital. This project shall be constructed to meet the requirements of the plans and specifications without major disruption to the facility operations. Construction drawings and specifications have been created in order to infill the second-floor atrium of the hospital, infill the roof above the atrium, demolish much of the second floor and rebuild it for use as a women’s health clinic and staff space. Much of the area included in this project is original to the construction of the hospital with only minor renovations. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
