National Institutes of Health is seeking to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541380 with a $19.0 size standards in millions of dollars for the proposed acquisition to provide inspection services for Guidelines on Good Clinical Laboratory Practice, GCLP, compliance and certification. The project description is for inspection and audit of Guidelines on Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) areas, procedures, equipment and training records for compliance and certificate. The current certification expires Ql 2024. The objective is to renew the lab’s compliance certificate. Period of performance is for one year after the date of award. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. Any potential offers should respond with their capability statement by 11:00am on Friday, February 23, 2024. Capability statements must reference similar work that has been performed by the offeror and the dollar value of that work. Potential offers must indicate business size in their capability statement.
