This will be a five (5) year contract with a base year plus four option years: Base Year: 09/06/2025 to 9/05/2026 Option Year One: 09/06/2026 to 09/05/2027 Option Year Two: 09/06/2027 to 09/05/2028 Option Year Three: 09/06/2028 to 09/05/2029 Option Year Four: 09/06/2029 to 09/05/2030 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection with a small business size standard of $47.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00271 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 15, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 21, 2025, at 2PM MDT (1400). The acquisition is a Total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside.
