BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS), Great Plains Area (GPA) location, located in Aberdeen, SD plans to identify potential sources that can provide brand name only medical equipment and supplies. The purpose of this request is to identify potential ISBEE and/or IEE vendors or contractors to purchase and deliver of a new brand name only, ASI Medical Inc; Triton™ Restorative Dental Delivery System Self-Contained, ASI Medical Inc; Triton™ Restorative Dental Delivery System Self-Contained: Equipment & Accessories. The equipment is for the IHS Pine Ridge Hospital, Pine Ridge, SD. OBJECTIVE The primary objective of this project is to secure the purchase and delivery of a new, brand name only, ASI Medical Inc; Triton™ Restorative Dental Delivery System Self-Contained, #90-2025 & #90-2818S Equipment, Supplies, Parts and Accessories to accommodate the IHS Pine Ridge Hospital, Pine Ridge, SD. White powder coat finish, solid surface worktop, and heavy-duty 4" casters. Two fiber optic systems for a single handpiece and 60" of handpiece tubing. Requesting pin and socket style tubing for easily changing the handpiece tubing sets. One electric high/low speed motor system with analog speed control knob. Requesting it includes one EM-12L motor that accepts all E-style contra angle handpieces. One titanium straight high volume evacuator handpiece, barb and automatic handpiece holder. Needs to have swivel tray that holds "B" size instrument trays. Mounted to back side of top of the deliver cart with a 6" Riser. Dual pivoting with one 12" arm and one 8" arm . It will Include a flexible exhaust tubing with quick-connect fittings, and wall junction box. It will have a quick connect kit for waste purge, and self-contained systems. Require hands-free purging to limit number of personnel in operatory. System MUST have an external, disposable amalgam separator mounted to the back door of self-contained systems with internal vacuum pumps. This is an absolute MUST have item as the operatories in the service unit are not plumbed into the dental vacuum system. The unit price is an all-inclusive cost. In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19 memorandum, Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing, directing Federal agencies to adopt electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors.
